Feng Shui

Evaluation

Feng Shui, the study of wind and water, has evolved from thousands of years of practice into a precise and complicated science that can calculate, with exactitude, the placement of certain important elements to create a harmonious balance with nature and to tap geomantic benefits. To adopt feng shui is to live in harmony with your environment.
If we position ourselves to receive positive energies, our prosperity and health will be enhanced. Conversely, if we locate ourselves under the influence of bad energies, we run an increased risk of misfortune. Thus feng shui is also called the Art of Placement, as it can guide us into positioning objects appropriately within an environment to ensure prosperity.
The following are practical applications of this knowledge:

  • Selecting a prosperous site for building a house
  • Selecting the best orientation for a house to achieve maximum prosperity
  • Selecting the best unit within a house
  • Interior design for the allocation of various functions - such as bedrooms, living room, conference room, cash counter, entrances, computer rooms, filing rooms, managers’ rooms, administration department, marketing department ...etc.
  • Placement of furniture
  • Selection of appropriate rooms for different members of the company or family
  • Selection of appropriate colours and decor for each location
  • Continuous maintenance to ensure long term prosperity
  • Forecasting cyclical changes in prosperity

A full and complete Feng Shui analysis of an apartment or office involves careful on the spot inspection, measurement of dimensions and directions, and consultation with the occupants regarding their fortunes as reflected by their birth data. It requires detailed study of the physical environment and interior layout as well as fortune analysis of the people living in the environment. Consequently, it is difficult to conduct remote feng shui services without a site visit. However, it is not impossible to provide a professional opinion on a house without site inspection, provided that the following information is available:
1. A detailed sketch of the building showing its entrances and the main features in the surrounding area.
2. The approximate year of construction.
3. A floor plan of the apartment or unit within the building, showing the orientation.
4. Measurement of the direction of the FRONT of the building, accurate to the nearest degree.
